Attendance at school is critically important in order for all students to develop their skills and understanding of key concepts in all subject areas. However, we understand that sometimes things come up where your child may be unable to come to school. When this happens please contact the school to report your child’s absence. We ask that parent(s)/caregiver(s) notify us before 8:30am to report an absence for the morning or full day and before 12:00pm to report an afternoon absence. Please include the reason for the absence in your message, or conversation with school staff. Thank you for your attention with this matter. As per school policy, phone calls will be made home if students are away and their absence is not reported.

The office will never assume your child is away due to weather or bus cancellations and will phone you if your child is not at school.
